General Terms and Conditions
End user can audition and purchase the same day. Store credit valued through March 31, 2007. Claims must be postmarked within 45 days from date of purchase. One rebate per household. Please allow six weeks for processing. Any terms or conditions not met, along with incomplete claims, will be invalidated. Illegible submissions will be returned. Sales receipts dated after March 31, 2007 will not qualify. Rebate check is void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be re-issued. Anthony Gallo Acoustics is not responsible for claims lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Sales receipts showing purchase of Gallo product from an Authorized Anthony Gallo Acoustics Dealer, registration card, and Gallo Rewards questionnaire form must be received prior to issuance of rebate check.
Anthony Gallo Acoustics employees and personnel of Anthony Gallo Acoustics Dealers or Distributors are not eligible for this rewards program.
