Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is FREE for all orders via UPS or FedEx ground. Express shipping is available on all items at an additional cost, which you can preview prior to checkout. Gallo Direct does not ship to PO Boxes and only to US addresses.

Anthony Gallo Acoustics is committed to protecting your personal information. As a reminder, AGA does not request personal information via e-mail or telemarketing. If someone contacts you in this manner and requests personal information on behalf of AGA, DO NOT RESPOND! Delete, disregard or hang up. These questions are not from us. We want your personal information to remain private.
We value the relationship we have with our customers and are committed to responsible information-handling practices. We take great care in safeguarding your personal information and in complying with all applicable federal and state privacy laws and our own internal standards and best practices
We may collect personal information such as:
- Your contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address).
- Your billing/shipping information (credit card number, shipping address).
- While shopping or taking advantage of services available from us, we may ask that you provide personal information. For example, we request personal information when you:
- Set up an account online
- Purchase products or services
- Contact us with a question or concern
When submitting personal information through an online form, we will identify which fields are required in order to fulfill your request.

Anthony Gallo Acoustics does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may need to share your personal information with certain third parties such as our agents, service providers and other representatives acting on our behalf for limited purposes. For example, we may share personal information with third parties to perform services on our behalf such as:
- Fulfilling our customers' orders
- Delivering packages
- Servicing products
- Maintaining our loyalty program
- Conducting research, analysis or administering surveys
- Sending regular mail and e-mail on behalf of AGA
- Processing credit card payments
The third parties with whom we conduct business are only authorized to use your information to perform the service for which they were hired. As part of our agreement with them, they are required to follow the privacy guidelines we provide them and to take reasonable measures to ensure your personal information is secure.
From time to time, we may be required to share personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. We may share certain personal information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of others and ourselves. We may also transfer personal information in the event of a corporate sale, merger, acquisition, dissolution or similar event.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may (after obtaining a Return Authorization Number), exchange or return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of receipt (Less Shipping & Handling Charges. Restocking fees* may apply). All returned merchandise must be free from damage of any kind, and be in its original factory box with all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and any other included materials.
All Returns/Exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without RA#s will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must contact Customer Service at support@roundsound.com or 800-459-4193 ext 103. All Returns/Exchanges must have the RA # written clearly on the outer shipping box accompanied by a note explaining why the product is being returned in the original merchandise box. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser.
In the event that you refuse your package, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways. Charges will be automatically charged to your supplied credit card. If you ordered an item that has Free shipping you will be charged the full shipping amount.
If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by you, the purchaser, or any other reason that is not the fault of Gallo, the purchaser is responsible for payment of the full shipping amount.
*Restocking Fees
All returns will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee for all non-defective opened merchandise. If the return does not include all original parts, accessories, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the missing materials.
Defective products may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from the date your product was delivered. Defective products will be exchanged for the same model only. Defective products must be returned with the original box and packaging and with all included materials including, but not limited to, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. We reserve the right to charge for all missing materials.
To process a defective return/exchange you must contact Customer Service at support@roundsound.com or call 800-459-4183 ext 103.
All returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This will be given by Customer Service. All Returns/Exchanges must have the RA # written clearly on the shipping box accompanied by a note, explaining what is wrong with the item, in the original merchandise box.
We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt, simply REFUSE the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package(s) is damaged, immediately contact Gallo Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of package, and we will handle the rest.

Warranty Information
AGA speakers have a warranty period of 1year which covers parts and labor. To extend that warrant period to 5 years parts and labor the purchaser must register the product within 60 day of purchase either by mailing in the warranty card or registering online.
Defective Products:
In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, you must contact us via support@roundsound.com or phone 800-459-4183 ext 103 and request a return authorization number (RA#). No product will be accepted for return without prior consent by AGA. Anthony Gallo Acoustics, will at its option, unless otherwise provided by law: (a) correct the defect by product repair without charge for parts and labor; (b) replace the product with one of the same or similar design; or (c) refund the purchase price. All replaced parts and products on which a refund is made, become the property of AGA. New or reconditioned parts may be used in the performance of warranty service. Repaired or replaced parts and products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. You will be charged for repair or replacement of the product made after the expiration of the warranty period. This warranty does not cover: (a) damage or failure caused by or attributable to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, lightening or other incidence of excess voltage or current; (b) any repairs other than those provided by AGA. ; (c) cosmetic damage; (d) transportation, shipping or insurance costs; or (e) costs of product removal, installation, set-up service or reinstallation. For all warranty service, you will pay the cost of shipping to AGA in California, and AGA will pay the cost of return shipping within the United States. AGA is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs to returned items in shipment, so it is recommended that all items are returned insured and with a carrier that provides tracking information. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
